I enjoy going for long walks on the beach, snuggling, warm, fuzzy kittens, pink lemonade, snowflakes, and eating ice cream in the winter. I also like pina coladas...and getting caught in the rain. However, I am not into yoga, but I do have half a brain. And I love making love at midnight, in the dunes of the cape. Heard enough? Alright, I promise: NO MORE JIMMY BUFFET!
The Real Deal
My name is Kaitlyn, if you already didn't know that. I live in the Midwest. Yes! The only area where you can go from air conditioning to heat in 1 day! I am 15.733 years old and I am now officially a sophomore. It doesn't seem like a big promotion from freshmen, it might even be a demotion, but we won't let the new freshmen on to that one. LoL.
I am in the band and I play coronet and flute. I take French. Parle-vous francais? I want to go to France one day (soon hopefully). Well, not just France, but England, Italy (Rome), Germany, Spain, Eygpt, Africa, Australia, Bermuda, Hawaii, Japan...I want to travel. I am a bit cynical at times, but that's what high school will do to you now. I practice religious tolerance, but religion is not a major part of my life... nor are politics at this moment. I believe Voltaire was awesome. "I may not agree with what you have to say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."- Voltaire. I love to laugh, and my favorite TV shows include "Whose Line is it Anyway?", "SNL", "The Simpsons", and "South Park", though "South Park" is a little...odd at times. I don't like Russel Crowe, but I love the movie Gladiator. Joaquinn Pheonix is an awesome actor. Eddie Izzard is hilarious. I didn't used to like Kirsten Dunst, but she is now cool. "Spiderman" looks cool. Which brings me to Tobey Maguire...excellent actor.
My favorite book is without a doubt Jane Austen's "Pride and Prejudice". I play the piano. I sing in the shower. I love 'oldies'. I love Van Morrison. I'm a hopeless romantic. I like to make cookies and blast Les Miserables. I like to use words like "blast" and "Les Miserables" in the same sentence. I enjoy writing and next year I'm writing for the school paper. My dream is to be an actress/comedian, my goal is to be...I don't know what I want to be. I love being the banker in Monopoly and my piece is the dog, my lucky one that is 40 years old.
